In close partnership with Nile City Towers, DART replaced Salesforce with Oracle CX and rolled out the full Oracle Fusion ERP suite, beside Oracle Projects.

The result is one connected Oracle platform that brings customer engagement and core business operations together, enabling stronger visibility, streamlined processes, and a scalable foundation for growth.

Completing Nile City Towers’ investment, DART also delivered its purpose-built solutions, including DART Asset Tracking and DART CX Quote, further extending Oracle’s capabilities to support the customer’s specific operational and customer-engagement needs.

This is Digital Transformation in its truest form.
