Duties and Responsibilities

  • check_mark Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand Oracle-related talent needs across ERP, HCM, SCM, BI, and Cloud domains.
  • check_mark Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified Oracle consultants, developers, architects, and project managers.
  • check_mark Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and referrals.
  • check_mark Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess technical and cultural fit.
  • check_mark Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer acceptance.
  • check_mark Build and maintain a pipeline of Oracle-skilled professionals for current and future hiring needs.
  • check_mark Collaborate with HR and business leaders to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires.
  • check_mark Track recruitment metrics, provide reports, and continuously improve hiring processes.
  • check_mark Stay updated on Oracle technologies, certifications, and market trends to identify niche talent.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • check_mark Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • check_mark 3+ years of experience in technical talent acquisition, with emphasis on Oracle-related hiring
  • check_mark Strong knowledge of Oracle applications and cloud solutions.
  • check_mark Proven track record in enterprise software sales and account management.
  • check_mark Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • check_mark Ability to build trusted relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • check_mark Strategic thinking with strong business acumen.
