Duties and Responsibilities

  • check_mark Develop and manage accounts for more retention and customer satisfaction
  • check_mark Acheive and exceed sales targets
  • check_mark Expand business and Oracle Footprint across all Oracle Applications
  • check_mark Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and solution workshops for prospective and existing clients
  • check_mark Collaborate with solution architects, technical consultants, and delivery teams to design and propose solutions
  • check_mark Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to successfully close deals
  • check_mark Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies
  • check_mark Provide regular updates, forecasts, and reports to management on account performance
  • check_mark Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • check_mark More than 4 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably within Oracle vendors
  • check_mark Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
  • check_mark Strong knowledge of Oracle applications and cloud solutions
  • check_mark Proven track record in enterprise software sales and account management
  • check_mark Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • check_mark Ability to build trusted relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers
  • check_mark Strategic thinking with strong business acumen
  • check_mark Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as in teams
