Duties and Responsibilities

  • check_mark Lead end-to-end Oracle implementation and upgrade projects
  • check_mark Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
  • check_mark Collaborate with Oracle consultants, technical teams, and business stakeholders
  • check_mark Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, providing proactive mitigation strategies
  • check_mark Oversee data migration, testing, and deployment activities for Oracle applications
  • check_mark Ensure compliance with organizational standards
  • check_mark Facilitate workshops, status meetings, and stakeholder communications
  • check_mark Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to project teams
  • check_mark Prepare project documentation, reports, and executive updates

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • check_mark Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile) preferred
  • check_mark Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources
  • check_mark Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
  • check_mark Strong project management skills with experience in Oracle ERP, HCM, SCM, or Cloud implementations
  • check_mark Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)
  • check_mark Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • check_mark Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
  • check_mark Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities
  • check_mark Familiarity with Oracle reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher) and integration concepts is a plus
