Role Summary
The Oracle Fusion Technical BI Consultant is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Business Intelligence (BI) solutions within Oracle Fusion Applications. This role bridges technical expertise with business requirements, ensuring stakeholders have accurate, timely, and actionable insights through reports, dashboards, and data models

Duties and Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain OTBI and BI Publisher reports

Customize seeded reports and create new ones based on business requirements

Build dashboards, KPIs, and analytics to support decision-making across Finance, HR, and Supply Chain modules

Work with subject areas, data models, and SQL queries to extract and transform data

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization in BI solutions.

Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to translate requirements into technical specifications.

Document BI solutions, configurations, and processes for knowledge sharing.

Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer to end-users and team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

Oracle certifications (e.g., BI Publisher, Fusion Cloud) preferred

3+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion BI development and consulting

Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Applications (ERP, HCM, SCM)

Hands-on experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, SQL, PL/SQL, and data modeling.

Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and reporting tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
