Duties and Responsibilities

  • check_mark Design, develop, and maintain OTBI and BI Publisher reports
  • check_mark Customize seeded reports and create new ones based on business requirements
  • check_mark Build dashboards, KPIs, and analytics to support decision-making across Finance, HR, and Supply Chain modules
  • check_mark Work with subject areas, data models, and SQL queries to extract and transform data
  • check_mark Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization in BI solutions.
  • check_mark Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to translate requirements into technical specifications.
  • check_mark Document BI solutions, configurations, and processes for knowledge sharing.
  • check_mark Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer to end-users and team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • check_mark Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • check_mark Oracle certifications (e.g., BI Publisher, Fusion Cloud) preferred
  • check_mark 3+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion BI development and consulting
  • check_mark Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Applications (ERP, HCM, SCM)
  • check_mark Hands-on experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, SQL, PL/SQL, and data modeling.
  • check_mark Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and reporting tools.
  • check_mark Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • check_mark Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
