Administrative Support

Duties and Responsibilities

  • check_mark • Provide general administrative and clerical support, including filing, documentation, and correspondence.
  • check_mark • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain records as required.
  • check_mark • Manage office supplies and support day‑to‑day office operations.
  • check_mark • Assist in preparing reports, letters, and internal documents. Travel & Accommodation Coordination
  • check_mark • Arrange domestic and international flight bookings in line with company travel policies.
  • check_mark • Handle hotel reservations and accommodation arrangements for employees and visitors.
  • check_mark • Coordinate travel itineraries, confirmations, and related documentation.
  • check_mark • Liaise with travel agencies and service providers to ensure cost‑effective and timely bookings.
  • check_mark Visa & Iqama Procedures (KSA) • Support KSA visa processing, including business, work, and visit visas.
  • check_mark • Handle Iqama‑related procedures, renewals, and required documentation.
  • check_mark • Coordinate with government portals, agencies, and PROs as needed.
  • check_mark • Maintain accurate records of visa and Iqama documentation and expiry dates.
  • check_mark Coordination & Communication • Act as a point of contact for internal teams regarding administrative and travel‑related matters.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • check_mark • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
  • check_mark • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
